About the Company

 

Our client is an industry leading provider of integrated workplace solutions, specializing in office design and build and furniture. They are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team in Southwest London and help deliver projects up to circa £10m.

 

About the Role

 

Our client is seeking a Commercial Manager with a proven track record to join their team. Needing experience of Pre-Contracts, Estimating & Quantity Surveying, your primary role would be to focus on managing the commercial aspects of projects, including pricing, contracts, and procurement, to ensure that projects are delivered within budget and to the highest standards of quality.

 

The key roles and responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

 

·       Contract Management: The Commercial Manager would negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring that all agreements are in line with company policies and procedures.

·       Budget Management: They would be responsible for managing project budgets and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget constraints.

·       Pricing: They would set pricing for products and services, based on market research and analysis, to ensure that they are competitive and profitable for the company.

·       Procurement: The Commercial Manager would manage the procurement process for projects, ensuring that all materials and equipment are acquired at the best possible prices and within budget constraints.

·       Risk Management: They would identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues that may arise during the project.
