What’s the role about?
As the go-to person for all things admin, you’ll be supporting an energetic team across project management, construction, and furniture. You’ll be a vital cog in the machine, ensuring everything flows effortlessly.
Your key responsibilities:
Project Support
Providing administrative assistance to the Project Director, Pre-Contract Manager, and wider teams.
Preparing Purchase Orders and verifying invoices.
Keeping project drawings and schedules organised and accessible.
Assembling project files and Operation & Maintenance Manuals (O&MMs).
Coordinating access to buildings for team members and suppliers.
Managing temporary staff timesheets and processing Client Variation Orders.
Office Administration
Welcoming visitors and handling general correspondence.
Keeping on top of office inventory—everything from stationery to IT equipment.
Managing utility accounts and liaising with external IT providers.
Overseeing the staff holiday calendar and reception area.
