​We’re looking for an exceptional Project / Office Administrator to join a busy and thriving team in Central London. If you’re someone who loves being organised, thrives under pressure, and enjoys keeping everything running smoothly, this could be the perfect fit.


💰Salary: £35k-£45k (based on experience)

📍Location: Central London


What’s the role about?

As the go-to person for all things admin, you’ll be supporting an energetic team across project management, construction, and furniture. You’ll be a vital cog in the machine, ensuring everything flows effortlessly.


Your key responsibilities:

Project Support

  • Providing administrative assistance to the Project Director, Pre-Contract Manager, and wider teams.

  • Preparing Purchase Orders and verifying invoices.

  • Keeping project drawings and schedules organised and accessible.

  • Assembling project files and Operation & Maintenance Manuals (O&MMs).

  • Coordinating access to buildings for team members and suppliers.

  • Managing temporary staff timesheets and processing Client Variation Orders.


Office Administration

  • Welcoming visitors and handling general correspondence.

  • Keeping on top of office inventory—everything from stationery to IT equipment.

  • Managing utility accounts and liaising with external IT providers.

  • Overseeing the staff holiday calendar and reception area.

  • A confident communicator who can liaise with various stakeholders.

  • Experienced in admin or project coordination—bonus points if it’s in construction or a similar field.
