Cat A/B Fit Out Up to £10m
£45 - £65k + GP Bonus
The Role –
Quantity Surveyor – you’ll be working closely with a Team Leader/Division Head covering commercial office fit out and refurbishment projects up to £10m. The role will see you managing multiple contracts at any one time, and these will all be at various stages of the project lifecycle from preconstruction, procurement, delivery, and final accounts etc.
Experience Required –
Previous experience in the commercial office fit out market is advantageous but not essential. We are looking for someone with 2 – 5 years post degree experience working for either a Subcontractor (fit out focussed) or a Main Contractor.
Salary –
In return our client will be willing to offer a basic salary ranging from £45,000 - £65,000 + Bonus (worked out as a % of the GP on all projects that you work on).
Career Development Prospects –
The last person we recruited into this position for this contractor 2 years ago has recently been promoted to a Senior position in the business and will have an OTE of circa £90,000 - £130,000 (with scope for this to go higher).
