Senior Designer for Commercial D&B Start-Up

€80,000 - €100,000 + commission | Permanent | Revit, AutoCAD | Zurich, Switzerland

Bigblue is excited to partner with a growing D&B start-up based in Zurich, Switzerland. We're looking for a Senior Designer who excels at the front end of commercial design, producing visionary concepts and space plans while playing a pivotal role in the company's international projects. Responsibilities:

Create and develop design concepts and solutions for commercial spaces.
Lead front-end design processes, focusing on creativity and innovation.
Produce high-quality space plans, using Revit and AutoCAD.
Travel internationally to oversee design projects and collaborate with clients globally.
Collaborate with the leadership team to support long-term business growth strategies.
Confidently present and pitch design concepts to clients to win new work and grow the company's portfolio.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a renowned D&B firm, within a commercial design setting.
Expertise using AutoCAD, Revit advantageous.
A highly creative professional with a strong portfolio of workplace schemes showing innovation.
The ability to work independently, manage your own projects, and deliver to tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills, with experience in dealing directly with clients.
A proactive, business-minded approach, with a track record of helping secure new projects.
