They are looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to join their team in Wimbledon. About the Role
Our client is seeking an Electrical Bias TSM with experience in the role to join their team in Wimbledon. Your primary role would be to ensure that all technical aspects of the company's interior design and construction projects are managed effectively and efficiently, and that the company delivers high-quality technical services to its clients. The TSM will seek to minimise the impact of the fit out on the existing building systems while ensuring a strongly cost effective and risk considered solution.
The key roles and responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
· Managing and coordinating technical services for clients: You would be responsible for managing and coordinating all technical services required for each client project. This may involve working with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that technical requirements are met.
· Developing and implementing technical solutions: As a TSM, you would work with the design and construction teams to develop and implement technical solutions for each project. You would also be responsible for ensuring that these solutions are cost-effective and meet the needs of the clients.
· Managing project timelines and budgets: You would be responsible for managing project timelines and budgets to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This would involve working closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that all technical aspects of the project are delivered on schedule.
· Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards: You would be responsible for ensuring that all technical aspects of the projects comply with relevant regulations and standards. This may involve working with regulatory bodies, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all technical requirements are met.
