Bid Manager / Senior Graphic Designer (D&B Experience)

£50,000 - £60,000 I Permanent I London I Adobe InDesign, Illustrator

We’re looking for a Bid Manager / Senior Graphic Designer with Design & Build (D&B) experience to take the lead on high-impact pitch documents, tenders, and PQQ submissions. Working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, you’ll combine strategic thinking with design expertise to create compelling, client-winning proposals.

Responsibilities

• Bid & Pitch Development

  – Own the end-to-end process for tenders, pitch documents, and PQQs, ensuring high-quality, brand-aligned submissions.

• Creative Design

  – Develop visually stunning, persuasive layouts and presentations using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and other key software.

• Collaboration– Work closely with key stakeholders, including business development, marketing, and senior leadership, to tailor content for maximum impact.

• Project Management

  – Manage multiple deadlines and ensure seamless coordination between teams to meet submission timelines.

• Brand Consistency

  – Uphold and refine visual identity standards across all proposals and bid-related materials.

Requirements

• Creative & Detail-Oriented

  – A strong design background with the ability to turn complex information into engaging, easy-to-digest visuals.

• Organised & Deadline-Driven

  – Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

• Experienced in D&B

  – Previous experience and understanding of the pace of the D&B is essential.

• Software

  – Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and other relevant tools.

• Proactive & Strategic Thinker

  – A self-starter who can anticipate challenges and find solutions before they arise.
