Salary - £38,000 - £45,000
Are you an organised, proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, design-focused environment? We’re looking for a Project Administrator to join a growing team that delivers high-quality commercial interior projects across the workplace, retail, and hospitality sectors.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a creative and collaborative company that transforms spaces for some of the UK’s most forward-thinking businesses — from cutting-edge office fit-outs to reimagined interiors that bring functionality and personality to life.
🔎 What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting the project team with day-to-day administration to keep things running smoothly
Assisting with project set-up, including client onboarding and coordinating internal teams
Keeping project trackers and schedules up to date, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met
Preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points
Helping create presentations, reports, and client documents to a high standard
Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to support the delivery of each project
Maintaining accurate records across internal systems and platforms
👀 What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years’ experience in a similar admin or project support role, ideally within fit-out, design, or construction
Excellent organisation skills with great attention to detail
A clear and confident communicator with a can-do, problem-solving approach
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment
Confident using Microsoft Office and project tools (experience with Monday.com, Asana or similar is a bonus)
An interest in commercial interiors, architecture, or design is a plus
💡 What You’ll Get:
The chance to join a growing company that’s reshaping how commercial spaces are delivered
Work on exciting and varied projects with a supportive and passionate team
A hybrid working setup, with time spent in a vibrant London studio
Room to grow in your role as the company scales, with development opportunities along the way
