Location: High Wycombe – Hybrid (3 Days in Office, 2 Days Remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

About the Company:

We are working with a well-established main contractor with a friendly and supportive team. The office environment is welcoming, collaborative, and flexible, and they're looking for a Junior Office Manager to help keep things running smoothly as they continue to grow.

About the Role:

This is a junior-level position, ideal for someone with some administrative experience who’s looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced but supportive environment. The role will involve a mix of general office administration and occasional support with document control tasks. You’ll be based in the office three days a week, with the option to work from home for the remaining two days.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support, including data entry, filing, scanning, and organising documents

  • Managing office supplies and keeping the office space tidy and well-organised

  • Assisting with meeting and travel bookings

  • Supporting the team with basic document control tasks, such as uploading files, managing document versions, and archiving

  • Helping with onboarding processes and general HR admin tasks

  • Liaising with suppliers, couriers, and building management

  • Providing ad hoc support to project teams and senior staff as required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (any industry)

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get involved

  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • An interest in the construction industry is a bonus, but not essential

What We Offer:

  • A flexible working pattern – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home

  • Opportunities to learn and grow within the company

  • A modern office space with regular team socials and a strong company culture
