About the Role
They are looking for a confident and capable Project Manager with experience delivering interior fit out or refurbishment projects ranging from £100k to £3m in a fast paced industry.
You’ll be the driving force behind your projects, ensuring they're delivered on time, on budget, and to a standard that exceeds expectations. You’ll have full responsibility for your sites, reporting directly to senior management and liaising closely with clients and consultants throughout.
You’ll also enjoy the autonomy to manage your own diary and projects, with the full backing of an experienced, agile team.
The key responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
Oversee and deliver projects from start to completion
Full site responsibility, including programme, procurement & cost reporting
Quality control and assurance across all aspects of delivery
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
