About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and overseeing high-value projects from inception to completion. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong sales professional to join a leading firm in London, contributing to strategic sales initiatives and business development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Business Development:

    Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth within the design and build sector. Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Project Management Oversight:

    Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation and initial client engagement to contract negotiation and project handover.

  • Client Relationship Management:

    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, to secure repeat business and referrals.

  • Contract Negotiation & Closing Deals:

    Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring profitable and sustainable agreements are reached.

  • Collaboration with Design & Project Teams:

    Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and alignment between client expectations and project delivery.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Experience:

    In the design and Build industry

  • Industry Knowledge:

    Strong understanding of the UK design and build market, including construction processes, procurement, and client expectations.

  • Leadership Skills:

    Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing sales team.

  • Strategic Thinker:

    Ability to develop long-term sales strategies and execute plans to drive sustainable growth.

  • Relationship Builder:

    Excellent networking and relationship management skills with a strong client-focused approach.

  • Negotiation & Closing Skills:

    Proven track record in closing high-value deals and negotiating contracts successfully.

  • Strong Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to clients and stakeholders effectively.
