Technical Designer (Revit Experience Required)

Are you a skilled Technical Designer with a passion for precision and an eye for detail? Our client is a leading office design and fit-out studio based in the Thames Valley Area. Due to continued success they are looking for a talented individual to join the Technical Design team and play a key role in delivering high-quality design solutions for their clients.


About the Role:

You will be responsible for creating and developing detailed technical drawings and designs using Revit. You’ll collaborate closely with the in-house Interior Designers and Project Managers to ensure seamless integration of design elements while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed technical drawings and models using Revit.

  • Collaborate with project teams to refine and execute design concepts.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

  • Conduct design reviews, resolving technical challenges and inconsistencies.

  • Assist in the coordination of various project phases from concept to completion.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Technical Designer role.

  • Proficiency in Revit is essential.

  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.

  • Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
